Rite of the Aurora Consurgens

The Rite of the Aurora Consurgens

Between the darkness and the light is the aurora consurgens.

The origin of the Rite of the Aurora Consurgens is unknown. It is rooted in love, compassion, and forgiveness, and has been passed down from the antiquity of Christianity. It calls upon the earliest wisdom and the deeper spiritual practices of those who follow Christ.

The Rite is recognized as one of the perennial solvo practices that are transferred across time through contemplation, enlightened prayer, and apprenticeship.

Gnostikos speaks to the higher form of spiritual knowledge.

Logos is the Word of God through which all things come to Be. – John 1:1-18

The Intercessors

The intercessors have been tasked to help those who serve God by transmuting the darkness that surrounds them into the Light of God’s Eternal Love. The Intercessor compassionately holds the space between the dark and the light that allows the transmutation to unfold.

To fulfill their fidelity to God, the Intercessors remain unaffiliated with any single Christian lineage and stand unencumbered in solitude, silence, and prayer.

An intercessor is chosen for their distinct attributes and quietly carries this practice across time. The practice is held and protected under the rose.

Introductions
